Learn to cook something delicious with Katy Washington, IVGID Youth and Family Programs Assistant, afterschool on the first Monday of every month starting December 7th in room 213.
On December 7th, we will be making holiday treats and learning about ingredient substitutions that can be used in baking to make treats healthier (but still tasty!). We hope to have a different chef from local restaurants each meeting. The end product will be consumed by students, or donated to Project MANA for Thursday distribution. Cost for the program is only $2 each meeting to cover the cost of raw materials.
Teen Cuisine is a collaborative program between IVGID Parks & Recreation and Project MANA.
