Procedure 3

Here is the part of the experiment where we acquire the readings.   Before we put the respirometers completely under the water, we had to set them up on the edge and allow the seven minutes to aclimate, or adapt to the conditions (the conditions being the temperature of the water).  Once the seven minutes was up, the experiment began.  We first recorded the initial position of the Oxygen bubble and then took reading every five minutes for five minutes.
